Kuan Kim Seng
Kuan Kim Seng is a Singaporean Anglican bishop. He is one of two assistant bishops of the Anglican Diocese of Singapore in the Church of the Province of Southeast Asia. He served as the previous Dean of Singapore.
He is currently the vicar of the Chapel of the Resurrection.[1]
