Kdyně
Kdyně (Czech pronunciation: [ˈɡdɪɲɛ]; German: Neu Gedein) is a town in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It lies some 60 km (37 mi) to the southwest from the region capital of Plzeň.

Kdyně is also a municipality with Commissioned Local Authority within the Domažlice Municipality with Extended Competence.
Economy
The oldest textile manufactory in Bohemia was founded here in 1696.[2] According to a display in the town museum, Kdyně has been involved in textile production for thousands of years.
