Iran at the 2020 Summer Paralympics
Iran will be competing at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan, from 25 August to 6 September 2020. This will be their ninth consecutive appearance at the Summer Paralympics since 1988.

Pouriya Jalalipour and Asghar Zareeinejad won qualification places for the 2020 Summer Paralympics.[1]
Athletics
Multiple athletes are scheduled to represent Iran at the 2020 Summer Paralympics.
Hamed Amiri is scheduled to compete in the men's javelin throw F54 event.
Shooting
Sareh Javanmardi won the first quota for the 2020 Summer Paralympics after her results at the 2018 World Shooting Para Sport Championships in Cheongju, South Korea.[2]
Volleyball
Iran's men's sitting volleyball team qualified for the 2020 Summer Paralympics after winning the 2018 World ParaVolley Championships.[3][4][5]
Wheelchair basketball
Iran's men's wheelchair basketball team qualified for the 2020 Summer Paralympics after finishing in top three at the 2019 IWBF Asia Oceania Wheelchair Basketball Championship in Pattaya, Thailand.
