Hartford Public Access Television

Hartford Public Access Television is a set of 3 Public, educational, and government access (PEG) cable television channels in Hartford, Connecticut. The station serves as a Public-access television channels. It covers city council meetings, and it offers educational programming for children, along with other government-related programming. The station operates the three separate channels for various thematic programs:

  • Channel 05 - Public-access television
  • Channel 19 - Educational-Access television/children
  • Channel 21 - Government-access television - Government-related, City Council meetings

Staff

In 1993, the Executive Director of Hartford Public Access Television was Jerry Clapis.[1] Several years later, J. Stan McCauley of Light Source Productions/Ministries became CEO. Presently, Billie C. Scruse, M.P.A. serves as the Executive Director.
