On the junior tour, Cocciaretto had a career-high combined ranking of 17, achieved on 5 February 2018. She reached the semifinals of the 2018 Australian Open girls' singles, losing to eventual champion Liang En-shuo.
On 2020 she qualified for the first Grand Slam in her career, 2020 Australian Open.[1] Cocciaretto made her Fed Cup debut for Italy in 2018.
