Note: Match was postponed to 14 March, then to 23 June, from its original date of 7 March due to schedule shuffling to allow for Parma vs SPAL to be played following its previous postponement due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic. All subsequent matches were also shuffled to allow for this accommodation. However, on 9 March, all sports events in Italy were suspended until 3 April.[13] This was the first match played since the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in Italy.[14][15]
