The Xi Chapter, Psi Upsilon Fraternity is a fraternity chapter at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. Its 1891 building, the Psi Upsilon Fraternity Building, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.[1]

The Psi Upsilon fraternity was founded in 1833; its Wesleyan chapter was founded in about 1843.[2]
