Virgin Radio Lebanon is part of the Virgin Radio chain launched by Richard Branson which is also part of the Virgin Group, operated in Lebanon by Levant Media Hub SAL. Its official launch was on 15 May 2013.[1] It broadcasts on 89.5FM. It has a powerful online presence, on Android and iOS. In one of its main features 10 Hits in a row, the station plays 10 songs back to back commercial free. The station quickly gained traction to become one of the leading media across its territory. The station has also gained considerable global attention with its Instagram account with over 1.4 million followers and its Facebook page, with over 14 million "likes".[2] Virgin Radio Lebanon's Chairman is Makram Zard Abou Jaoude and its General Manager is Najy Cherabieh.
The station goes listener-driven Sundays to Fridays from 9:00 pm to midnight (formerly weekdays from 8:00 to 10:00 pm).

Virgin Radio Lebanon is the first ever radio station to use the WhatsApp application to communicate with its users free of charge and completely do away with SMS and traditional call in phone lines.
