Vegupatti is a small village in Pudukkottai district, Tamil Nadu, India, located three kilometres away from the town of Ponnamaravathi. In the 2011 census of India, Vegupatti had a population of 1000 max of Chettiyard.[1]

It is also called the villages of Nagarathar's due to the majority of the Nagarathar's population.


The nearest town is Ponnamaravathi, located 3 kilometers away. The nearest railway station is Pudukottai away.
