Valky (Ukrainian: Валки) is a city in Kharkiv Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Valky Raion. Population: 9,147 (2017 est.)[1] Valky is situated on the banks of the river Mzha. The city borders on such villages as Kostiv and Gontiv Yar.
