Včelná is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.70 square kilometres (1.43 sq mi), and has a population of 1,556 (as at 25 February 2008).
Včelná lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of České Budějovice and 130 km (81 mi) south of Prague.
