Víctor Manuel "Manolito" Ortiz Díaz is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Gurabo. Ortiz is affiliated with the New Progressive Party (PNP) and has served as mayor since 2005.[1]

On December 7, 2016, Manolito was arrested for charges related to extortion and soliciting a bribe. He was suspended and later fired from his post as mayor.[2] He was succeeded by Rosachely Rivera Santana.[3]
