Uigshader (from Old Norse Vík-sœtr, meaning 'dwelling at the riverbend', Scottish Gaelic: Ùigseadar)[1] is a settlement on the Isle of Skye[2] in Scotland.[3][4]
The settlement is located 2 miles south of Carbost and 4 miles north west of Portree. The River Snizort flows north to the west of this settlement.[2]
The hamlet of Peiness is located less than 0.5 miles from Uigshader.
