Stakhanovskaya is a future station on the Kozhukhovskaya Line of the Moscow Metro. The station is under construction with a planned opening at the end of 2018.[2] The station is named for Stakhanovskaya Ulitsa, which, in turn, is named for Alexey Stakhanov, a coal miner who was named a Hero of Socialist Labour.
