Sharad Tripathi is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and has won the Indian general elections, 2014 from the Sant Kabir Nagar (Lok Sabha constituency).

Education

He completed his Post Graduation from Kanpur University in 1995.

Personal life

He is son of Shri Ramapati Ram Tripathi, Former President of the BJP State Unit of Uttar Pradesh.[1] He married Rita Tripathi on February 19, 1998.[2]
