Meanwhile, Pichaiah comes to know regarding the love affair of Seetapathi & Seeta and he insults Govindamma before everyone. Depressed Govindamma tries to commit suicide. Seetapathi stops her and promises that he will reform himself. Here Pichaiah puts a condition that if Seetapati could prove himself and earn money within 6 months he is ready to give his daughter to him.

Therefore, Seetapathi reaches Tirupathi to meet his childhood friend Ramadasu (Mallikarjuna Rao) who is working as a supervisor in a leather factory. To his misfortune, Seetapati lands at Police station where surprisingly he meets Ramadasu who is actually a piety thief. Ramadasu gives him an idea to make piety thefts so that he can easily earn money. Taking his words Seetapati steals a bag of a barber Kathi Veerabhadraiah (P. L. Narayana) which contains only a barber kit. As per situations demand, Seetapati turns into a barber and bluffs before his family members that he has got a nice job with high salary & status. After some time, Veerabhadraiah recognizes his bag and takes it back. But seeing the honesty & innocence of Seetapati Veerabhadraiah gives him shelter and handovers his shop to maintain.

On the other side, Veerabhadraiah's only daughter Aliveelu Mangatayaru (Vani Vishwanath) falls in love with Seetapati. Once she expresses her love towards him but he says sorry to her and explains regarding his love. Manga understands him and sacrifices her love. Parallelly, Ramadasu & his lover Dasku (Jayalalitha) brings a huge amount of money for his marriage by making thefts. But Seetapati rejects it and says that the entire money is earned out of sin which he is not ready to accept. Eventually, Pichaiah meets with an accident, he is admitted to Tirupati hospital and the entire family accompanies him. Manga meets Seeta accidentally and recognizes her as Seetapati's fiance. She takes Seeta & Govindamma along with her when Manga knows that Seetapati has told a lie regarding his profession, so, she too covers it. At the same time, Seetapati reaches the hospital to shave Pichaiah where his drama breaks out before everyone and Pichaiah reviles on him. When Seetapati is about to leave making his head down Manga & Veerabhadraiah arrives and explains his immensity & virtue.
