The Second Battle of Anandpur was fought at Anandpur , between Sikhs and an allied force of the Rajas of the Sivalik Hills.
The Battle
The Mughal forces under Wazir Khan (Sirhind) faced humiliating defeat in the Battle of Basoli and in the First Battle of Anandpur (1704) earlier this year. Wazir khan sent a peace message to the Guru that if Guru vacated the fort they will be provided with safe passage in return but Sikhs were attached by mughals at river Sarsa.
