Plot

It is a medical-drama that traces the journey of a young intern, Sanchi Mishra(Swarda Thigale), on her way to fulfill her mother, Jaya (Shilpa Shirodkar)'s dream by becoming a doctor. The serial starts with Sanchi who wants her internship to be in Savitri Devi College & Hospital but does not find her name in the list her. Her friends Isha Negi (Sharan Kaur) and Pragya Yadav (Neha Bagga) pressurize her to start working with a fake identity of Sanchi Agarwal.

Discovering this, Jaya tells Sanchi of her personal enmity with the hospital's owner Dr. Anand Malhotra (Mohan Kapur). Jaya tells her daughter Sanchi that Savitri Devi College & Hospital was Sanchi’s father Sunil Mishra's dream and Dr. Anand cleverly plotted against him. Sanchi vows to ruin Dr. Anand's life and business.

At the hospital, she comes across a number of malpractices and protests. Veer Malhotra (Varun Kapoor), Dr. Anand and his first wife Savitri (Nishigandha Wad)'s son, is a prankster and takes his internship at the hospital lightly. He is totally smitten with Sanchi who unknowingly also falls for him.

When Sanchi comes to know that Veer is Anand's son and she begins ignoring him. Dr. Kabir Kapoor (Vikram Sakhalkar), the best doctor in the hospital, asks her to pretend to be his love interest to make his dying mother Kusum Kapoor (Aparna Ghoshal) happy.

Unbeknownst to Sanchi, Veer's half- sister Riya Malhotra (Akansha Sareen) who is Anand and his second wife Gayatri (Sonica Handa)'s daughter, has been in love with Dr. Kabir. Riya creates problems for Sanchi leading to misunderstandings between her and Veer.

Sanchi discovers that Savitri Devi, Veer and his elder sister Priya Malhotra (Shruti Kanwar)'s mother, is still alive and has been in a coma on the 10th floor of the hospital, the restricted area. She is able to lead Veer to his mother Savitri who reveals the secret to everyone and vows to avenge Savitri's condition.

Dr. Kabir and his interns succeed in bringing some improvement to Savitri's condition. Grateful to Sanchi, Veer forgives her but they become friends again. Dr. Anand leads Veer to believe that Jaya and her daughter who is actually Sanchi are responsible for Savitri's condition.

On the other hand, Priya, the daughter of Anand and Savitri, has been forced to marry Vikrant Chawla (Yuvraj Malhotra) who is mentally abnormal and abusive. Priya's ex-lover Sanket Sharma (Alan Kapoor) takes up a job in Vikrant's office with a fake identity as Aniket. He swears to Priya that he will save her from Vikrant.

In love with Sanchi, Veer is about to propose to her when he discovers Sanchi is actually Jaya's daughter. Sanchi is suspended but gets her licence back. While Sanchi tries to send Anand to jail, Savitri wakes up and while a battle ensues in court, Jaya and Savitri's friendship suffers.

Anand wins the case and as a frustrated Jaya tries to shoot him, she mistakenly shoots at Savitri. As Jaya goes to jail, Sanchi is made Dean of the hospital. Firstly, Veer and his half-sister Riya create misunderstandings between Sanchi and her friend Isha. They then break up her friendship with Pragya.

Gayatri sends Ayesha Khurrana (Prerna Panwar), a fake doctor to create problems for Sanchi. Savitri thinks Ayesha cured her and fixes Veer's marriage with her while Sanchi is blackmailed to marry Kabir by Ayesha.

Pragya and Sanchi patch up but Gayatri plans Pragya's abduction. On the day of Veer's wedding, he runs off to rescue Pragya and the wedding is called off. Sanchi and Veer end up marrying each other.

Savitri later accepts Sanchi as her daughter-in-law after watching her efforts for the family and work. Dr. Kabir has been plotting against Veer wanting to win Sanchi for himself. Sanchi's brother Sunny (Gautam Ahuja/Rohit Chandel) murders his friend and Kabir finds proof.

Dr. Kabir uses this to blackmail Saanchi who is forced to announce that she wants to divorce Veer to get together with Kabir. Sanchi decides to be with Kabir and Veer marries a new girl, Mishri (Mugdha Chaphekar).

Sanchi is extremely shattered after hearing Veer's remarriage decision. Veer does not show liking to Mishri and always stays away from her. Mishri tries many ways to get Veer to like her, but fails. Mishri later realizes that Sanchi is married to Veer and that is why he is ignoring her with the help of Gayatri.

Mishri thinks Sanchi is trying to take Veer away from her due to Gayatri and breaks their friendship. Mishri later burns Saanchi's stuff which causes Veer to get angry on her. Veer ousts Mishri from the house.

As, Mishri wonders where she should go, a mysterious person follows her. Mishri turns around and says "You!". The mysterious, masked person shoots Mishri and Mishri dies. The blame for Mishri's death was placed on Veer but later it was revealed that Vikrant (Priya's husband) killed Mishri. Veer is proven innocent in the court and Vikrant is arrested.

Sanchi leaves Kabir and decides to live a new life. Kabir sends Sanchi divorce papers and Sanchi signs them. A spirit/ghost named Nayantara (Arshi Khan) wants revenge on Anand and the Savitri Devi College & Hospital. Veer and Sanchi get remarried. Sanchi and Veer take help from a priest to protect their family from Nayantara and kill her. Riya and Kabir get married. The priest gives a hint in a riddle to Veer and Sanchi about a magical flower. Anand reveals to his family that eight years before Nayantara's baby died because of his wrong injection and that is why Nayantara was taking revenge on him. Malhotra family defeats Nayantara.
