São Vicente (Portuguese pronunciation: [sɐ̃w̃ viˈsẽtɨ]; English: Saint Vincent) is a Portuguese freguesia ("civil parish"), located in the municipality of Lisbon. This new parish was created with the 2012 Administrative Reform of Lisbon, merging the former parishes of São Vicente de Fora, Graça and Santa Engrácia.[1] The population in 2011 was 15,339,[2] in an area of 1.99 km².[3]
