Rhythm Boyz Entertainment, or simply known as Rhythm Boyz is a Punjabi film production company founded by Karaj Gill & Amrinder Gill in 2014.[1][2] Rhythm Boyz began to produce films in 2014 with Goreyan Nu Daffa Karo. Since then, Rhythm Boyz has quitely become perhaps the most innovative and most creative production house in the whole Punjabi industry.[3][4][5]

From 2014-2018, Rhythm Boyz has produced total 10 films till date, out of which 7 are in List of highest-grossing Punjabi films including Angrej, Love Punjab, Bambukat, Vekh Baraatan Challiyan, Lahoriye, Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua & Ashke.[6][7]

Films produced by Rhythm Boyz are based on the culture of Punjab or revolve around the issues of Punjab. Angrej was based on love in Punjab of 1940s.[8] Lahoriye was based on love across the border between people of two different Punjabs[9] whereas Ashke was based on Punjabi folk dance Bhangra which released with a new experiment of releasing trailer just some hours before of release.[10]

Upcoming Films

2018

Rhythm Boyz on September 1, 2018, unveiled three upcoming films, one releasing in 2018 and two in 2019. After super-hit success of Ashke, Rhythm Boyz will release another film towards end of 2018, titled as Car Reebna Waali. It is written and directed by ace Writer Amberdeep Singh and will also be the lead actor for the second time after Laung Laachi. Car Reebna Waali is set to release on 14 December 2018.

2019

First film from Rhythm Boyz in 2019 will release on 8 February with Harish Verma in lead cast & others will be announced soon. Second film, titled as Ashke 2, is slated to be released on 26 July 2019 is in fact the sequel of Super-hit film Ashke and Amrinder Gill will again be seen as lead actor.[18][19][20][21]
