Rai 5 is an Italian television channel owned by Rai and broadcast on Digital terrestrial television in Italy. The channel replaced Rai Extra on 26 November 2010. It broadcasts programs about art, fashion, dance, opera, theatre, cuisine, travel, and documentary films.

It broadcasts reruns of popular entertainment, infotainment and news programs produced or co-produced by the state-owned RAI television network.

Rai 5 has broadcast since 2011 the semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest where Italy has to vote.
