Ptyas nigromarginata, commonly known as the green rat snake, is a species of colubrid snake endemic to Asia.[1]

Geographic range

It is found in Nepal, India (Darjeeling, Sikkim, Assam), Northern Bangladesh, northern Myanmar (= Burma), China (Guizhou, Yunnan, southwestern Sichuan, southeastern Xizang [= Tibet]), and possibly northern Vietnam.[1]
