The Progressive Conservative Association of Nova Scotia leadership election, 2018 will take place on October 27, 2018, due to Jamie Baillie's announcement that he was stepping down as leader of the Progressive Conservative Association of Nova Scotia on November 1, 2017.[1] Baillie was to remain in the position until a new leader was elected,[1] however on January 24, 2018, he announced his resignation with immediate effect due to "allegations of inappropriate behaviour".[2]
