Oluwatobiloba Ayomide Amusan (born April 23, 1997) is a Nigerian sprinter.[2][3] She claimed gold in the 100 metres hurdles event at the 2015 African Junior Athletics Championships in Addis Ababa.[4] In 2015, while making her All-Africa Games debut, she won gold in the 100 metres hurdles event at the 2015 All-Africa Games.[5] Her teammate, Lindsay Lindley was third. She was also a silver medallist at the 2013 African Youth Championships in Warri.[6][7]
She was runner-up at the 2016 NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 100 m hurdles running a windy 12.79 s. Amusan also competed at the 2016 World Junior Championships in Bydgoszcz. Despite running her second fastest time ever, she placed fifth in the final.[8] She eclipsed Kim Turner's 100mH UTEP record in 2016, with a 2016 best of 12.83 s.[9][10] She has bettered her own high school record in the 100mH finishing the race at the UTEP Springtime Invitational in 12.63 s.[11] she won the Gold medal at the 100 meters hurdles event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast.[12]
