Nový Přerov (German: Neuprerau, Neu-Prerau, Croatian: Nova Prerava) is a village and municipality (obec) in Břeclav District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.13 square kilometres (2.37 sq mi), and has a population of 343. Nový Přerov is one of South Moravian villages with historical Moravian Croat population.
Nový Přerov lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) west of Břeclav, 45 km (28 mi) south of Brno, and 207 km (129 mi) south-east of Prague.
