Nikola Moro (born 12 March 1998) is a Croatian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for GNK Dinamo Zagreb and the Croatia national under-21 football team.

Club career

Aged six, he started football, moving to Zagreb aged 11.^[1]

A Hajduk fan in his early days in Solin,^[2] Nikola's father Miro Moro yearned for him to contemplate a career in Hajduk^[3] but he went to the GNK Dinamo Zagreb Academy. Nikola joined the main GNK Dinamo Zagreb unit from the Dinamo youth academy in 2014.^[4]

Moro played a full 90 minutes in his league debut for his senior team versus their feeder club NK Lokomotiva in May 2016.^[5]

He is signed until 2022 with GNK Dinamo Zagreb.^[6]^[7]

Representing Croatia at U-16, U-17 and U-19 level, Nikola Moro made the quarter-finals of the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup eventually losing to Mali.^[8]^[9]
