Nepalese Norwegians are Norwegian citizens with ancestry from the South Asian country of Nepal. Roughly 500 Norwegians from Nepal live in Oslo, and fewer than 100 in other cities such as Bergen, Trondheim, Tromsø, and Stavanger.
Festivals
The Dashain Celebration and Cultural Programme 2010, an event to showcase Nepalese culture took place in a cultural hall in Kopervik in Rogaland with about 170 Nepalese Norwegians and some 80 other ethnic Norwegian guests.
