The Miss Kentucky's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Kentucky for the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Joanna Clark of Lexington was crowned Miss Kentucky's Outstanding Teen on May 27th, 2018. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2019 in July 2018 in Orlando, Florida.
