Mariem Claret Velazco García (born November 9, 1998 in San Tomé, Anzoátegui) is a Venezuelan model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Venezuela International 2017 and to represent Venezuela at the Miss International 2018 pageant in Tokyo, Japan.[1] Velazco who stands 1.80 (5 ft 11 in), competed as Miss Barinas 2017, one of 24 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant, she obtained the Best Style and Miss Photogenic awards at the final show of Miss Venezuela 2017.[2]

Velazco will represent Venezuela at the Miss International 2018 pageant to be held in the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan on November 9, 2018.
