Mariam Khan - Reporting Live is an Indian television series which airs on StarPlus and is available to stream on Hotstar. The series premiered on 21 May 2018. It is produced by Majid Azam and Afaque Azam.[2] It stars Mahima Makwana, Param Singh and Sheena Bajaj.[3]

Plot

Young Mariam Khan is a very imaginative and curious child who does not take things at face value. She is the youngest member of a large family, where her grandfather is the patriarch. Mariam idolizes her dad Majaaz Khan (Khalid Siddiqui), who is an idealistic journalist. The show is based in Bhopal, a city that has a mix of westernization and tradition. Her mother Madeeha (Rukhsar Rehman) is only concerned with their daughters getting married while Mariam plans to become a reporter. Her father owns a press. Mariam shares an emotional bond with her father. He is very loyal and he never accepts a bribe. However, there is a secret the Khan family are hiding from the world, unknown to the younger generation.
