Marene is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) south of Turin and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northeast of Cuneo. As of 1-1-2017, it had a population of 3,248 and an area of 29.0 square kilometres (11.2 sq mi).[1]
