Młynik [ˈmwɨnik] (German: Lasken)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sorkwity, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Sorkwity, 9 km (6 mi) west of Mrągowo, and 46 km (29 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).

The village has a population of 31.
