Lower Menadue (Cornish: Menedh Du, meaning black hill) is a hamlet in the parish of Luxulyan, Cornwall, England, UK.[1][2] Lower Menadue is situated 4 miles (6.4 km) north of St Austell.[3] According to the Post Office the population at the 2011 census was included in the civil parish of Treverbyn
