Lorwood is an unincorporated community in New Madrid County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]
History
A variant name was "Grayson".[1] The present name is an invented name derived from Lorain County, Ohio and Wood County, Ohio, the native homes of three local businessmen.[2]
