Longxi is a county under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Dingxi in the southeast of Gansu Province, China.
Economy
Longxi's economy is mainly based on agricultural products, (Chinese) medicine production and aluminium products. Among others, Astragalus and Codonopsis is grown and processed into traditional medicine in Longxi.[1]

Longxi has nine towns and eight Townships. The county seat is Gongchang.[4]
