List of tallest buildings in Istanbul

Levent, one of the city's two commercial centers.

Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey, as well as Europe, and is the country's economic and social center. As of November 2017, the city is home to 269 skyscrapers (buildings at least 100 m (330 ft) tall), which is the second most in Europe, after Moscow, as well as hundreds of high-rises. The tallest building in the city is Skyland İstanbul 1, with a height of 293.1 m (962 ft). The tower is also the 7th tallest building in Europe.

Istanbul's first skyscraper is considered to be the 25-storey Harbiye Orduevi, built in 1968, and standing 90 m (300 ft) tall.[1] The first building to surpass 100 meters is the Maya Tower, built in 1992, with a height of 110 m (360 ft).[2] The city saw a major boom in skyscrapers in the 21st century situated mostly, but not only, in Levent and Maslak.

The tallest structures in the city however, are the two towers of the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, standing at 322 m (1,056 ft).
