 Democratic Republic of Congo Kinshasa 10 August Meets President Joseph Kabila to discuss the political and security throughout the country. Ramaphosa also commends President Kabila for honouring the Congolese Constitution.
 Namibia Windhoek 16 - 18 August 16 Aug. Meets President Hage Geingob on the eve of the 30th Ordinary Summit of the Southern African Development Community, (SADC).

18 Aug. Opens the 30th Ordinary SADC Heads of State and Government Summit as the outgoing chairperson of the SADC.

 Zimbabwe Harare 26 August Attends the inauguration of Emmerson Mnangagwa
 China Beijing 31 August - 9 September Attends the African-Chinese summit.
