This is a list of awards and nominations received by Red Velvet, a South Korean girl group formed in 2014 by SM Entertainment. After debuting with their first single "Happiness" in August 2014, the group won several 'Best New Artist' awards from various award shows in their native country South Korea such as the Golden Disc Awards, the Seoul Music Awards and the Korean Entertainment Arts Awards. They have since won multiple awards for their music, performances, styling and popularity. They have also been nominated for prestigious awards such as 'Artist of the Year' and 'Song of the Year' on award ceremonies such as the Melon Music Awards, Mnet Asian Music Awards and in February 2018, the Korean Entertainment Producer Association awarded them as 2017's 'Artist of the Year'.

As of August 2018, the group has accumulated 53 trophies from South Korea's music programs, winning their first on March 27, 2015 on Music Bank, seven months after their official debut, for the single "Ice Cream Cake" from their debut EP of the same name.

The award ceremony was first held in 2004 and it acknowledges the achievements made by music artists in the past year.
