List of ''Transformers: Robots in Disguise'' (2015 TV series) characters

This is a list of the characters from Transformers: Robots in Disguise, the stand-alone sequel to Transformers: Prime.

Autobots

The Bee Team

  • Ultra Bee (voiced by Will Friedle) - Ultra Bee is the combination of Bumblebee, Strongarm, Sideswipe, Grimlock, and Drift that was first formed in "King of the Hill, Part 2" when all five Autobots piling on top of Heatseeker combined with ambient radiation from a nuclear waste disposal site and the explosion of Heatseeker's missiles resulted in this formation. Subsequent episodes had Fixit attempting to recreate this formation until "Combine and Conquer", though it is later revealed in "Moon Breaker" that Ultra Bee can only form "when all are one", meaning that, even without Fixit's machinery, the Bee Team must have their individual minds set on one thought.
    • Bumblebee (voiced by Will Friedle[1]) - The main protagonist of the series who transforms into a yellow and black Griffin Motors 1995 Windblazer, which is similar to the Chevrolet Camaro, and also forms the head and torso of Ultra Bee. At the start of the series, Bumblebee was working on the Cybertron police force due to the fact that the new Autobot High Council had issues with the Autobots. While helping Strongarm to apprehend Sideswipe, Bumblebee gets a vision of Optimus Prime that draws Bumblebee back to Earth with Strongarm and Sideswipe along for the ride. He finds that the Decepticon prison ship Alchemor has crash-landed on Earth and its Decepticon inmates have escaped. Upon allying with the Mini-Con Fixit, the Decepticon prisoner Grimlock & humans Denny Clay and his son Russell. Bumblebee leads them in rounding up the escaped Decepticon prisoners. As the leader of the Autobot team on Earth, he is constantly obsessed with living up to Optimus' expectations when leading his team, especially when he is trying to keep order in the group. A running gag of the series' first season is when he is trying to create a catchy rallying cry, which often results in them being bad puns or just lame in general, before he settles on "Rev up and roll out!".
    • Sideswipe (voiced by Darren Criss[1]) - The rebellious "bad boy" of the Bee Team who transforms into a red street racing-ready sports car and also forms the left arm of Ultra Bee. Sideswipe was first seen being apprehended by Bumblebee and Strongarm for his driving scratching up the grounds at Kaon Plaza. After Bumblebee gets a vision of Optimus Prime that draws Bumblebee back to Earth, he brings Strongarm and Sideswipe along for the ride. Incompetent and sometimes lazy, he often risks missions, even the lives of his own teammates, all for the sake of his boredom but he has also proven his loyalty to the team and he makes up for mistakes he makes with his speed and agility, but is also known to be claustrophobic as revealed in "Even Robots Have Nightmares" and has a fear of abandonment and loneliness as shown in "Exiles".
    • Strongarm (voiced by Constance Zimmer[1]) - A cadet in the Cybertronian Elite Guard and Bumblebee's subordinate who transforms into a blue and white police-modified SUV and also forms the right arm of Ultra Bee. She often worries about abiding by the law and following protocol which in some cases jeopardizes the mission. She is essentially the complete opposite of Sideswipe and the two teenage robot superheroes often jab at each other.
    • Grimlock (voiced by Khary Payton[1]) - A Dinobot serving as the team's muscle who transforms into a mechanical Tyrannosaurus and also forms the legs of Ultra Bee to his disappointment. Originally imprisoned on the Alchemor as a Decepticon for committing property damages, he later becomes an Autobot after gaining the team's trust and eventually gains Autobot symbols in place of his Decepticon symbols following "True Colors". He is not very bright and often attempts to solve problems with his fists rather than strategy but he has shown that he learns from his mistakes and can be relied upon whenever the team needs him.
    • Drift (voiced by Eric Bauza[1]) - Formerly a Decepticon known as Deadlock, Drift is an Autobot bounty hunter who transforms into an orange samurai-like car resembling a cross between a Bugatti Veyron and a Gumpert Apollo and also forms the sword of Ultra Bee. In "Hunting Season", he came to Earth to collect the bounty placed on Bumblebee. He later joins the team to study under Bumblebee in "One of Our Mini-Cons is Missing". His figure is that of a samurai, generally doing things the honorable way, which includes fighting fairly (much to his disadvantage). Although it is not seen very often early on, Drift has shown he is capable of being both a strict yet fair sensei and a caring father figure. He eventually departs Earth to accompany Optimus Prime on investigating Cybertron's current ruling body in "Moon Breaker".
      • Slipstream and Jetstorm (both voiced by Roger Craig Smith[1]) - Drift's Mini-Con students who can both transform into buzzsaw vehicles that can attach themselves onto Drift's wrists. Both of them were originally ex-criminals that were the students of Shadow Raker before being taken in by Drift. They, along with Drift, joined the Bee Team from "One of Our Mini-Cons is Missing" until "Moon Breaker", when they and Drift depart Earth to accompany Optimus Prime on investigating Cybertron's current ruling body.
  • Fixit (voiced by Mitchell Whitfield[1]) - A hyperactive yet faulty-wired Mini-Con who originally served as the steward and guard of the Alchemor and later serves as the Autobots' caretaker and medic. He also provides the identification of the escaped Decepticons and reports their location. He develops a close friendship with Russell and Denny as he is rarely out in the field. Because Fixit is so small, he does not have a proper vehicle mode and instead turns into a variety of tools. However, he transforms into a drill-type vehicle in the toyline.

All-Stars

  • Optimus Prime (voiced by Peter Cullen[1]) - The last of the Primes, the former leader of the Autobots, and Bumblebee's mentor who transforms into a red and blue semi-truck with an accompanying trailer. Originally thought to have died after the events of Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising, he was later resurrected by the Primes of the past to help stop their rogue brother Megatronus, whose evil would result in the destruction of both Earth and Cybertron. Following his return to Earth, he co-leads the Autobots alongside Bumblebee as his equal. In season two, he becomes leader of an Away Team, leading Sideswipe, Windblade, Drift, Slipstream, and Jetstorm. Following the two-part "Decepticon Island", he leaves Earth for Cybertron with the intent of investigating the new regime ruling over the planet. Optimus Prime is called back to Earth in "Strongarm's Big Score" to help with the crisis of the Scavengers, and arrives at the end of "Mighty Big Trouble" to help rescue Bumblebee and the Autobot Mini-Cons from Starscream. He eventually departs yet again to hand Starscream, his bounty hunters, and the Scavengers over to Cybertronian authorities following "Worthy". In "Sphere of Influence", Optimus is contacted by the Bee Team to explain the myth of the sphere of Doradus. He later returns once more in "Moon Breaker" to recruit Drift, Slipstream, and Jetstorm in accompanying him on his investigation of Cybertron's ruling body; at the end of that same episode, he takes the Stunticons and several other Decepticons that have been captured on Earth at the time with them to be brought back to Cybertron as well.
  • Jazz (voiced by Arif S. Kinchen[1]) - A friend of Bumblebee and Sideswipe's idol who transforms into a race car. In "Can You Dig It?", he came to Earth after receiving the distress signal from the Alchemor after it crashed and was sent there by the Autobot High Council. He is the only Autobot in the first season who does not stay on Earth as he had to return to Cybertron to smooth things out with the Autobot High Council. In "Enemy of My Enemy," Jazz returns to help Optimus Prime and the Bee Team when the Autobot High Council plans to invade Earth.
  • Windblade (voiced by Kristy Wu in Season 1-2,[2] Erica Lindbeck in Season 3) - A charming yet self-centered female Autobot who transforms into a red and black VTOL jet, making her the only Autobot in the series with a vehicle form capable of flight. She first helps the Autobots in "The Buzz on Windblade" before she officially joins the team following the two-part "Battlegrounds". She was originally sent by Primus to help fight against the evil which would result in Earth's and Cybertron's destruction. Following the two-part "Decepticon Island", she leaves Earth for Cybertron alongside Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Undertone, and Toolbox due to feeling homesick. Prior to meeting The Bee Team, Windblade spent her time capturing Decepticons solo as well as gathering supplies and storing them at her various caches. During season 3, the Bee Team have made it their mission to locate and secure Windblade's caches after noticing some of them have failed security measures and several Decepticons have escaped as a result. She reappears in "Moon Breaker", where she reveals the location of her very first cache on Earth's moon.
  • Ratchet (voiced by Jeffrey Combs)[3] - A veteran Autobot medic and a long-time friend of Optimus Prime who transforms into a white and red ambulance resembling a Ford E-350. He was sent by the new Autobot High Council to hunt down the war criminals where he encounters Bumblebee's group in "Decepticon Island, Pt. 1". Following "Decepticon Island, Pt. 2", he and Undertone leave Earth for Cybertron alongside Optimus Prime, Windblade, and Toolbox.
    • Undertone - A silent Mini-Con partnered with Ratchet who transforms into a buzzsaw vehicle in the show. In the toyline, he is a Cyclone Mini-Con who turns into a sphere.
  • Bulkhead (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) - An Autobot Wrecker and one of Bumblebee's old teammates who transforms into a green SUV resembling a Lamborghini LM002. While he was mentioned in "Brainpower" and "History Lessons," Bulkhead appeared in the comics where he and Arcee are with Ultra Magnus at the time when Team Bee was dealing with the Cybercomrade Sect. He appeared in the cartoon episode "Sick As A Bot" where he was summoned to Earth to meet Optimus Prime. Bulkhead went on a mission with Grimlock that involves seeking out Wingcode who unleashes malware on the Bee Team. After Wingcode's defeat, Bulkhead sticks around on Earth to await for Optimus Prime and joins Grimlock in punching rocks in a quarry.

Other Autobots

  • Toolbox (voiced by Mitchell Whitfield)[3] - One of the older model Mini-Cons that were assigned to guard the Alchemor alongside Fixit. When the back part of Alchemor crashed on Earth, Toolbox and the Mini-Cons with him were enslaved by Glowstrike and Scorponok so that they can repair the Alchemor in their plans to plunder the galaxy. Upon hearing Steeljaw mention Bumblebee's group in "Decepticon Island" Pt. 1, Toolbox escaped and made his way to Denny's scrapyard. After the Decepticons of Decepticon Island are defeated in "Decepticon Island" Pt. 2, Toolbox and the other Mini-Cons repaired the Alchemor as they left Earth for Cybertron alongside Optimus Prime, Windblade, Ratchet, and Undertone.
    • Cinch (voiced by Mitchell Whitfield)[3] - A Mini-Con worker on the Alchemor that was enslaved by Glowstrike's group. Following the two-part episode "Decepticon Island", he and the rest of his co-workers leave Earth for Cybertron in the repaired Alchemor.
  • Blurr (voiced by Max Mittelman) - A Velocitronian Autobot recruit originally on the Rescue Bots team who transforms into a blue and white Ferrari FXX Evoluzione racing car. He serves as Sideswipe's intern from "Blurred" until "Bee Cool". He and Sideswipe first met in the Rescue Bots episode "The Need For Speed".
  • Nightra (voiced by Lori Petty) - A former Autobot cadet at the Kaon Police Academy that was a fellow student of Strongarm until she was expelled by the academy's proctors for swiping a keyfile. Afterwards, she became a bounty hunter who first appears in "Guilty as Charged" being pursued by Blastwave. It was later revealed that Nightra stole Blastwave's Light Bender and Bounty Hunter ID in order to pose as a bounty hunter. With help from Team Bee, Blastwave apprehended Nightra. Afterwards, Strongarm told Bumblebee that Nightra was no longer the friend she knew. Her character model is an altered version of Strongarm's character model.
  • Blastwave (voiced by Roger Craig Smith) - An Autobot bounty hunter who is unable to speak. He first appeared in "Guilty as Charged" where he pursues Nightra to Earth upon her stealing his Light Bender and Bounty Hunter ID. Nightra lied to the Autobots that Blastwave is a criminal who escaped from Trypticon Prison. When Team Bee trapped Blastwave, he used sign language to let them know the truth. Now realizing that they've been tricked, Team Bee released Blastwave who helped apprehend Nightra. His character model is an altered version of Megatronus' character model, but with a different head and chest.
  • Dropforge (voiced by David Sheinkopf) - An Autobot Mini-Con detective and Strongarm and Nightra's former mentor at the Kaon Police Academy who is portrayed as a stereotypical hard-boiled detective. He was first mentioned in "Get a Clue" and "Guilty as Charged" before making his first physical appearance in "Five Fugitives" where he and the Cybertron Police Officers are given orders to arrest the Bee Team. It turns out that Dropforge and those with him were being mind-controlled by a signal from Cybertron which Strongarm manages to jam. After Dropforge and his fellow police officers help fight Steeljaw who gets away, Dropforge and his men have their frequencies altered by Fixit. Before departing back to Cybertron, Dropforge tells Bumblebee and Strongarm to keep an eye on Sideswipe as he looks shifty.

  • Ultra Magnus - The leader of the Team Prime in Optimus' absence, a former sergeant in the Cybertron Elite Guard, Optimus's former second-in-command, and the leader of the Autobot Wrecker commando unit who transforms into a light blue long-nose truck. While he was shown to have a statue of himself on Cybertron in "Pilot" Pt. 1, he was featured in the comics where he took control of Team Prime and watched Bumblebee's work from their ship that's orbiting Earth. After Bumblebee had apprehended Spinhead, Ultra Magnus, Arcee, and Bulkhead visited Bumblebee when it came to the Cybercomrade Sect. In addition, Ultra Magnus has the Autobot Spectrosynth as his double-agent in the group. In "Enemy of My Enemy", Ultra Magnus was among the Autobots that the Decepticons making up the Autobot High Council had blacklisted for helping Optimus Prime. He has also appeared in the toyline.

Decepticons

Most of the Decepticons in this series were originally prisoners on a maximum security prison ship called the Alchemor. Most of them have beast forms as their alternate mode or have animal motifs in their robot mode. At the beginning of the series, the Alchemor crashlands on Earth because of Megatronus and the Decepticon prisoners are freed. It is now the mission of Bumblebee's team to re-capture them. Unlike previous series, the Decepticons are not an actual enemy faction. Evidence shows that after the war ended, the title of Decepticon and its symbol came to represent criminals rather than any former warriors of the faction.

Major Decepticons

  • Steeljaw (voiced by Troy Baker[1]) - A gray wolf-motif Decepticon who transforms into a wolf snout-like off-road vehicle. He is the recurring antagonist of the series and is Bumblebee's new nemesis in a vein which echos the rivalry with Optimus Prime and Megatron. As revealed in "Lockout", Steeljaw was imprisoned on the Alchemor for trying to incite a rebellion. He wishes to rule Earth as a safe and peaceful haven for Decepticons. Steeljaw leads his own team throughout the first season to defeat the Autobots and further his plans. He is often cool and charismatic, but he has been shown be hot-headed, as he (like his predecessor Megatron), does not tolerate mission failures or betrayals, and he got angry when Thunderhoof tried to kill Clampdown in "Sideways". At the end of "Lockout", he joins forces with Megatronus in hopes to control Earth for himself, only to get enraged after Megatronus revealed to Steeljaw that he had lied in "Battlegrounds: Part 2". Steeljaw attempted to avenge himself on Megatronus but was hurled far away into the distance. His pack was subsequently recaptured by the Autobots. Steeljaw later returned in "Metal Meltdown", where he discovered another group of Decepticon fugitives led by Glowstrike and Scorponok, who he introduces himself to. Steeljaw is notable for having been captured once by the Bee Team but not put back into stasis and knows about the use of subsonics. In "Misdirection", Steeljaw frees various Decepticons from stasis to bolster Glowstrike's ranks. He eventually seizes control of Decepticon Island in the two-part episode "Decepticon Island" only to be defeated and finally captured by Bumblebee and Optimus Prime. In "Exiles," Steeljaw (alongside Underbite, Thunderhoof, Quillfire, and Clampdown) have been enlisted by their mysterious benefactors on Cybertron to capture Bumblebee after they have arranged for Steeljaw and his selected followers to be pardoned. He is able to escape the Autobots in "Prisoner Principles" where he steals a set of nuclear fuel rods yet wishes to deliver them to Soundwave personally in "Collateral Damage". During the threat of the Decepticon infiltrators that make up the Autobot High Council, Steeljaw helped Team Bee and the All-Stars fight their forces. By the end of the series, Steeljaw is still at large on Earth as Team Bee mobilizes to catch him.
  • Glowstrike (voiced by Grey Griffin)[3] - A female Insecticon who transforms into a robotic firefly and serves as an antagonist in the second season. She possesses the ability to fire energy blasts from her hands and skirt-like feature and is frustrated by the apparent incompetence of her various underlings. She leads a crew of fugitive Decepticons while based in a crashed aft section of the Alchemor that landed in a swamp. Following Kickback and Saberhorn's failure in "Metal Meltdown", Glowstrike and Scorponok end up meeting Steeljaw. In "Misdirection," Glowstrike finds that Steeljaw has freed several Decepticons to bolster her ranks. In the two-part episode "Decepticon Island", she is overthrown by Steeljaw and is later captured by the Autobots alongside the other Decepticons.
    • Scorponok (voiced by Victor Brandt)[3] - A Decepticon gladiator who can transform into a robotic scorpion and is capable of using his bladed tail in robot or animal mode. As revealed in "Misdirection," Scorponok was imprisoned on the Alchemor for terrorizing outlying communities on Cybertron that are largely outside the reach of the law by tearing them down and intimidating the inhabitants for simple enjoyment. In "Metal Meltdown", he is shown to be partners with Glowstrike. In "Misdirection", Scorponok fought Bumblebee and Grimlock alongside Crazybolt, Slicedice, Bludgeon, and Clout only to be defeated and imprisoned in stasis pods. While official Cybertronian police records indicate that he was a prisoner aboard the Alchemor, Fixit had no record of Scorponok on his manifest.
    • Saberhorn (voiced by Fred Tatasciore)[3] - An Insecticon pirate who transforms into a robotic rhinoceros beetle. He wields dual sabers and relishes "sporting" combat against worthy adversaries. He was imprisoned on Alchemor for plundering cargo vessels, but Fixit had no record of this on his manifest. Bumblebee's team first encountered him while he was on a mission to recover thermanite for use in repairing Glowstrike's base in "Metal Meltdown". He later praises Steeljaw when he brings various Decepticons freed from stasis to bolster Glowstrike's ranks in "Misdirection". He is later overthrown with Glowstrike by Steeljaw in the two-part episode "Decepticon Island" and is later captured by the Autobots.
  • Starscream (voiced by Steven Blum)[4] - The Air Commander of the Decepticon Seekers and Megatron's former second-in-command who transforms into a fighter jet. He was last seen being attacked by the Predacons Predaking, Darksteel, and Skylynx in Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising. However, as revealed in "Mini-Con Madness", Starscream "led" Darksteel and Skylynx into Darkmount where he "turned a stash of weapons against them" and killed them. He then discovered a lab where the Weaponizer Mini-Cons were kept in stasis. While at Darkmount, he gained his new form based on his Generation One and Transformers: Animated counterparts and returned to Earth, accompanied by Shadelock, RoughEdge, and Razorhorn, in order to reclaim the Weaponizers, who had escaped from him as soon as he released them, so he could acquire enough power to exact revenge on Megatron for the way he was treated. After retrieving the Dark Star Saber from the Scavengers and capturing Bumblebee, Fixit, Slipstream, and Jetstorm in "Mighty Big Trouble", he eventually captures Aerobolt, Sawtooth, Buzzstrike, Windstrike, Bashbreaker, Lancelon in "Mini-Con Madness" and later Tricerashot in "Worthy". Despite Power Surge linking with all Weaponizers, he is defeated by the Autobots-accompanied by with Aerobolt Power Surge linking with Optimus after the Weaponizer leader was extracted from Starscream by Sideswipe and the Autobot Mini-Cons-and captured by the end of "Worthy".
  • Scavengers - The Scavengers are a group of Decepticon relic hunters who arrived on Earth to look for relics from the Great War and struck up a partnership with some Weaponizer Mini-Cons, who are not pleased with their violent ways. They were eventually abandoned by the Weaponizers who defected to the Autobots and knocked into the ocean by Starscream with the Dark Star Saber in "Mighty Big Trouble." In "Mini-Con Madness," the Scavengers try to capture the Mini-Cons by fighting the Autobots, but Starscream outdoes them and captures most of the Mini-Cons. In "Worthy", the Scavengers are finally defeated by the Autobots with help from Tricerashot, and are loaded onto the Autobot ship Prime Force One to be sent to Cybertron.
    • Clawtrap (voiced by André Sogliuzzo) - The leader of the Scavengers who shares the same body-type as Clampdown minus the eyestalks. He was by far the only Scavenger not discovered by the Autobots until "Mini-Con Madness."
    • Paralon (voiced by Jason Spisak) - A Decepticon Scavenger who shares the same body-type as Scorponok, but with a purple color scheme and head mold based on the Beast Wars Scorponok. He is known for looking to find his next big score before somebody else can beat him to it and steal the glory that is rightfully his. To this end, he will do just about anything to gain a reputation, even brutalize his own kind to get what he wants. Paralon was discovered by the Bee Team while scavenging in the ruins of Outpost Omega One in "History Lessons."
    • Scatterspike (voiced by Robin Weigert) - A rowdy female Decepticon Scavenger who shares the same body-type and abilities as Quillfire, but with a red and purple color scheme. In addition, Scatterspike's quills make anything that are struck by them magnetic. Scatterspike was discovered by Strongarm and Fixit while scavenging in Mount St. Hilary in "Strongarm's Big Score."
    • Thermidor (voiced by Jim Cummings) - A pirate-mannered Decepticon Scavenger who shares the same body-type as Bisk with a blue color scheme and a different head. He was the original owner of the Scavengers' ship before it was commandeered by Clawtrap. Thermidor was discovered by Grimlock followed by the rest of the Bee Team while scavenging near a mountain monastery in "Pretzel Logic".
  • Stunticons - A team of stunt vehicle Decepticons who are the main antagonists of the "Combiner Force" season until Cyclonus took place as the main antagonist for the rest of the "Combiner Force" season and can combine to form Menasor (voiced by Travis Willingham), a destructive yet unstable and unbalanced combiner. By the episode "Moon Breaker," the Stunticons are defeated by Ultra Bee and are taken back to Cybertron by Optimus Prime to be incarcerated.
    • Motormaster (voiced by Travis Willingham) - The leader of the Stunticons who transforms into a silver and purple futuristic tanker truck and also forms the torso of Menasor. He arrived on Earth in order to claim its roads for himself and his minions.
    • Heatseeker (voiced by Mikey Kelley) - A Stunticon whose wild and crazed personality is based on Wildrider, the resident insane Stunticon in most Transformers series. He can shoot guided missiles, and transforms into an SUV whose color scheme is based on Offroad, Wildrider's present-day replacement from the "Combiner Wars" toy line. Heatseeker also forms the top half of Heatmark and the left leg of Menasor. He was first discovered by the Bee Team in the two-part "King of the Hill".
    • Dragstrip (voiced by Maurice LaMarche) - The self-proclaimed second-in-command of the Stunticons who can use nitro boosts, and transforms into a yellow and purple futuristic sports car. He also forms both the top half of Dragbreak (which is reversed in the toy line) and the right arm of Menasor. He and Wildbreak were first discovered by the Bee Team in "Bee Cool".
    • Wildbreak (voiced by Dave Wittenberg) - A nervous and cowardly Stunticon based on Breakdown, the cowardly Stunticon in most Transformers series, mainly the Transformers: Generation One and Transformers: Animated continuities. He can create friction waves, and shares the same body-type as his partner Dragstrip but in a blue and orange color scheme based on the Breakdown from the Transformers Prime CGI cartoon. He also forms the bottom half of Dragbreak (which is reversed in the toy line) and the left arm of Menasor. He and Drag Strip were first discovered by the Bee Team in "Bee Cool".
    • Slashmark (voiced by David Kaye) - A Stunticon based on Dead End, the gloomy Stunticon in most Transformers series. He can summon energy rings, and shares the same body-type as Heatseeker, but in a red, blue, yellow and white color scheme based on the Generation 1 Breakdown and the Transformers: Animated Breakdown that differs from Wildbreak's orange and blue color scheme. Slashmark also forms the bottom half of Heatmark and the right leg of Menasor. He was first discovered by the Bee Team in "Disordered Personalities".
  • Soundwave (voiced by Frank Welker) - A Decepticon spy and communications officer who transforms into a blue UAV drone aircraft resembling an MQ-9 Reaper and later a futuristic truck based on his Generation One counterpart,[5] although he retains his head design in both bodies. He was trapped in an alternate dimension known as the Shadowzone by the end of Transformers: Prime until he returned in "Portals" when Fixit had an accident with the Groundbridge. Bumblebee's group were able to send him back into the Shadowzone before he could try to make contact with Megatron. Soundwave returns in the "Combiner Force" season as a major antagonist where he dispatches the Mini-Cons Stuntwing, Trickout, Hi-Test (who was banished for failure), and Goldgear to steal Decepticon Hunters from Bumblebee, Sideswipe, and Strongarm which would be part of his "project", which is revealed in "Collateral Damage" to be a Beacon Generator intended to try to summon Megatron except Soundwave was unaware that Megatron had left the Decepticon business to start a new life. He is also allied with Steeljaw's mysterious benefactors on Cybertron, as shown in "Prepare for Departure". In "Collateral Damage" Soundwave gains a new body armor and builds the Beacon Generator possibly after killing Skyquake's Terrorcon form in the Shadowzone and using his parts. He is finally defeated by Bumblebee. Alongside Laserbeak, Soundwave was taken back to Cybertron by Optimus Prime to stand trial.
    • Laserbeak - A bird-like Decepticon-allied Mini-Con surveillance drone under the command of Soundwave who can detach from his chest. He escaped the Shadowzone alongside Soundwave, but was later sent back in "Portals". He returns in "Collateral Damage", having been upgraded into an Activator Mini-Con and sporting a new body based on his Generation One counterpart. He is finally defeated by Optimus Prime and Hi-Test. Alongside Soundwave, Laserbeak was taken back to Cybertron by Optimus Prime to stand trial.
  • Galvatronus (voiced by Harry Lennix) - Galvatronus is the combined form of Cyclonus, Cyberwarp, Skyjack, Treadshock, and Riotgear, the Decepticons who posed as the Autobot High Council. Galvatronus seems to be more mentally stable than Menasor. Galvatronus is defeated by Ultra Bee when Cyberwarp rebels and is broken up into his five components.
    • Cyclonus (voiced by Harry Lennix) - The leader of the Autobot High Council and the true main antagonist of the entire show. He can transform into a Cybertronian starfighter and can form the torso of Galvatronus. Cyclonus led the Decepticons that made up the Autobot High Council in their plots to invade Earth from pardoning Steeljaw and some of his accomplices to destroy the Bee Team to orchestrating Soundwave's freedom from the Shadowzone so that he can contact Megatron to lead the Decepticon forces while unaware that Megatron has left the Decepticon business to start a new life.
    • Cyberwarp (voiced by Brooke Goldner) - A female member of the Autobot High Council. She can transform into a Cybertronian VTOL-pod and forms the right arm of Galvatronus. He is captured by the end of "Worthy".
    • RoughEdge - A former Autobot under the command of Starscream, judging by the fact that his Autobot insignia appears to have been scratched through; according to Adam Beechen, these scratches are from years of combat situations, and are not meant to be political statements. However, RoughEdge is unable to explain this very easily because of a "vocal condition" he has. He is captured by the end of "Worthy". His character model is an altered version of the character models used for the Cybertronian Museum Guards from "Pilot" Pt. 1.
    • Razorhorn - An Insecticon soldier under the command of Starscream who transforms into a robotic Hercules beetle. He is captured by the end of "Worthy". Other Cybertronians

Thirteen

The Thirteen are the original Cybertronians that were created by Primus during his fight with Unicron. Most of the Thirteen currently reside in the Realm of the Primes.

  • Micronus Prime (voiced by Adrian Pasdar)[3] - The first Mini-Con who was among the original thirteen Cybertronians created by Primus during his fight with Unicron and currently resides in the Realm of the Primes. In "Out of Focus", he trains Optimus Prime to help him prepare for the fight against Megatronus. Following Megatronus' apparent demise in "Battlegrounds" Pt. 2, Micronus appeared in "Overloaded" Pt. 1, requesting Optimus Prime to return the additional power that he and the other Primes had granted him, in which he agrees, despite Bumblebee's protests. After taking back the power, it left Optimus in a weakened state. Before departing back to the Realm of the Primes, Micronus scanned Optimus Prime and states that he'll recover.
  • Vector Prime (voiced by Troy Baker)[3] - A member of the Thirteen who is the guardian of time and space. Like Micronus and the other Primes, he was created by Primus during his fight with Unicron and currently resides in the Realm of the Primes. In "Battlegrounds" Pt. 1, he empowered Optimus Prime enough to leave the Realm of the Primes to help fight Megatronus.
  • Megatronus / The Fallen (voiced by Gil Gerard)[3] - One of the original Primes of Cybertron who, alongside his twelve colleagues, was created at the beginning of time by Primus to defeat Unicron, after which turned his back on the others by murdering Solus Prime and later became the first Decepticon. Originally banished to another realm, he successfully escaped his imprisonment with the help of Steeljaw and his team by the end of "Battlegrounds" Pt. 1 where he planned to take the remains of Unicron's Anti-Spark from Earth's core and combine it with the AllSpark from Cybertron (destroying both worlds in the process) to control the universe. His plan fails and he is apparently killed in the process in "Battlegrounds" Pt. 2, though not without indicating beforehand that he received additional power from a great source.
  • Alpha Trion - A member of the Thirteen who appears in "Enemy of My Enemy" as one of the Autobots that the Decepticons making up the Autobot High Council had blacklisted for helping Optimus Prime.

Autobot High Council

The Autobot High Council is the ruling body of Autobots that runs Cybertron and utilize an army of foot soldiers. Following the reconstruction of Cybertron after Unicron's defeat and Megatron leaving the Decepticon business resulting in the Decepticon disbandment, a new Autobot High Council was formed to govern the planet. While they fully blame Optimus Prime's group for the ruining of Cybertron, they also buried Optimus Prime's legacy and pushed the former members of the team into obscurity. It was later revealed that the members of the Autobot High Council were actually Decepticons who were the mysterious benefactors of Soundwave and Steeljaw's group. When these Decepticons in their combined form of Galvatronus are defeated, the formation of a new Autobot High Council was underway.

Weaponizer Mini-Cons

The Weaponizer Mini-Cons are a special breed of Mini-Cons who can empower their hosts while in weapon mode while controlling their bodies. They originally sided with the Decepticon Scavengers while being hunted down by Starscream; during the majority of their appearances, they are unaligned. They eventually allied themselves with the Autobots in "Mini-Con Madness", though they become Autobots themselves by the end of "Worthy"; in that same episode, the Weaponizers leave Earth in search of a new home.

Activator Mini-Cons

The Activators are another special breed of Mini-Cons who can empower a host in vehicle mode, enabling them with flight capabilities and other enhancements. • Stuntwing - An Activator Mini-Con employed by Soundwave to steal Bumblebee's Decepticon Hunter in the two-part "King of the Hill", which he does by powerlinking to Bumblebee while he is in vehicle mode. He is then sent to retrieve a set of nuclear fuel rods stolen by Steeljaw in "Prisoner Principles", yet the Decepticon wishes to deliver them to Soundwave personally. Despite being allied to Soundwave, Stuntwing is packaged with Bumblebee in the toyline as an Autobot.
  • Trickout - An Activator Mini-Con with wheels for feet employed by Soundwave to retrieve a second Decepticon Hunter in "Defrosted", which he accomplishes after obtaining Sideswipe's weapon in "The Great Divide". Despite being allied to Soundwave, Trickout is packaged with Strongarm in the toyline as an Autobot.
  • Hi-Test - An Activator Mini-Con employed by Soundwave to retrieve a third Decepticon Hunter in "Guilty as Charged", which he fails to do so, and subsequently flees and banished from Soundwave in fear of termination. He later returns in "Collateral Damage", where he powerlinks with Optimus Prime while he is in vehicle mode so he could defeat Laserbeak. After Soundwave is taken down as well, Hi-Test departs to the Shadowzone so he could live without fear of ever being hunted. Despite being unalligned in the cartoon, Hi-Test is packaged with Optimus Prime in the toyline as an Autobot.
  • Goldgear - An Activator Mini-Con sharing the same body-type as Hi-Test, but with a different color scheme and robot mode kibble. He is employed by Soundwave to retrieve Strongarm's Decepticon Hunter in "Railroad Rage". He reappears in "Prepare for Departure", where he opens a Shadowzone portal for Soundwave to make contact with Steeljaw's pack.
