The Liberty County Jail at 302 S. Main St. in Hinesville, Georgia is a historic jail built in 1892. It was the only county jail of Liberty County, Georgia from 1892 to 1971.[2]
It is a brick building with bricks "laid in common bond masonry with a patterned brick frieze below the eaves which encircles the building." Historically it was whitewashed and painted white, but it was sandblasted in recent years.[2]
