Lanham is an unincorporated community in both Washington County, Kansas and Gage County, Nebraska in the United States.[1] It is located along State Line Road just west of K-148/Nebraska Highway 112. Its main street forms the state line.[2]

History

Lanham was named for a railroad official.[3] A post office was opened in Lanham (on the Kansas side[3]) in 1914, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1923.[4]
