Kupang LRT station (SW3) is an LRT station on the west loop of Sengkang LRT Line in Fernvale, Singapore. It opened on 27 June 2015, and was the last station along the Sengkang LRT Line to open for revenue service,[1] more than 12 years after the first stations opened along the east loop.

Etymology

Kupang fishing was a source of livelihood for the villagers in the past. This can be related to 'Kuppam', a Tamil word for fishing village. However, there is a contradiction as the word kupang means mussel in Malay.
