Knickerbocker in Spokane, Washington is a Beaux Arts building. It was designed by architect Albert Held and was built in 1911. It was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1987.[1]

It is a 3-story H-shaped building made of red brick with terra cotta trim.[2]

The building is also listed on the Spokane Register of Historic Places.

The Knickerbocker is currently owned by Knickerbocker Apartments, LLC (associated with InterUrban Development) who is making extensive upgrades and renovations.
