Kitsman Raion (Ukrainian: Кіцманський район, translit. Kitsmans'kyi rayon) is an administrative raion (district) in the southern part of Chernivtsi Oblast in western Ukraine, on the Romanian border. The administrative center is the city of Kitsman. The raion has an area of 610 square kilometres (240 sq mi). Population: 69,198 (2015 est.)[1]
