Kaamyab (English: Successful; Hindi: कामयाब) is a Bollywood Action film, produced by G. Hanumantha Rao by Padmalaya Studios banner, presented by Krishna and directed by K. Raghavendra Rao.[2] Starring Jeetendra, Shabana Azmi, Radha in lead roles and music composed by Bappi Lahari. The film is remake of Telugu Movie Shakti (1983), starring Krishna, Jaya Sudha, Radha in pivotal roles.[3][4]

Plot

Mahadev was a shark of a landlord and Sarkar who bled the farmers white. Ram was the son of an ex-army officer, whose land has been pledged to Mahadev. Sita was the daughter of a postman Deen Dayal and in love with Ram. Mahadev had an evil eye on Sita, but Ram married her. As he prospered in his agriculture, Mahadev breached a dam and killed Ram. Sita's son Rajesh took to drinking and mixed in a gang which printed fake currency notes. Seeta and Krishna weaned away Rajesh from the clutches of Mahadev and his henchman and had them nabbed. They happily reunited as a family.
