Islampura Jabbar is a town in Tehsil Gujar Khan, in Rawalpindi District, in Pakistan. The Famous Personality here is Sir Anwar Pervez owner of Bestway Cement Ltd.
The town has a boys higher secondary school and a girls higher secondary school and many private Schools with good standard of education. There are around 1,500 shops and 4 banks. People there are well educated and co-operative.
Favorite Sports:-Most People here love to play Cricket. Some famous Personalities in Cricket are Bowler Waheed Iqbal(Thigri) and Batsman Toseef(Luss). People here are enriched with joy and live a healthy busy life.
Development Site:-In Jabber a new site has been discovered by an Oil and Gas Company i.e MPCL (Mari Petroleum Company Ltd.)] and Work is in Progress. Soon excavation will be started. As this site is in heart of Village, people there are expecting Supply of Gas and development in this region.
Communication Infrastructure:-Road Structure here is not of excellent Quality. But few powerful people have hold in Government and Roads to their Houses are in excellent Condition. Which indirectly helps people to travel at ease.
