Holiday Stationstores is a chain of gasoline and convenience stores in the United States. It is the 18th largest convenience store chain in the United States, with over 500 locations in 10 states.[1] Stationstores are located in Alaska, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. It is based in Bloomington, Minnesota. It also ranked 133rd on Forbes' list of America's largest private companies.[2] In July 2017, it was acquired by Montreal-based convenience store operator Alimentation Couche-Tard.[3]

History

Edina-based Nash Finch Co. agreed to acquire Menominee, Mich.-based Fairway Foods of Michigan Inc., a wholesale division of Bloomington-based Holiday Cos.' Fairway Foods Inc. The acquisition, structured as a purchase of all the outstanding stock of Fairway Foods/Michigan for cash, is expected to be completed in January 2000. Terms were not disclosed.
