Hicham Belkaroui (born August 24, 1990 in Oran) is an Algerian footballer who plays for Primeira Liga side Moreirense F.C. and the Algeria national team. He plays primarily as a centre-back.

Club career

In July 2014, Belkaroui signed a three-year contract with Tunisian side Club Africain.[1]
