Greg Mabin (born June 25, 1994) is an American football cornerback for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Iowa and was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2017. Greg’s father, Wes Mabin, won 2 National Championships with the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Professional career

Tampa Buccaneers

Mabin signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent on May 1, 2017.[1] He was waived by the Buccaneers on May 8, 2017.[2]

Buffalo Bills

On June 1, 2017, Mabin signed with the Buffalo Bills.[3] He was waived on September 12, 2017 and was signed to the practice squad the next day.[4] He was promoted to the active roster on October 7, 2017.[5] He was waived by the team on October 16, 2017.[6]

San Francisco 49ers

On October 18, 2017, Mabin was signed to the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad.[7] He was promoted to the active roster on November 1, 2017.[8]
