Gonadotropin surge-attenuating factor
Gonadotropin surge-attenuating factor (GnSAF) is a nonsteroidal ovarian hormone which is involved in the regulation of gonadotropin secretion and the menstrual cycle.[1] A marked decline in GnSAF activity in the late follicular phase allows for the expression of the mid-cycle gonadotropin surge and ovulation in women.[1]
